serious question is it possible to not get asked back from any of the chapters after the first round if youre rushing as a junior transfer?

The short answer is yes, it is possible. The later you are rushing the more probable it is for you to not get asked back to any houses. Although it is unlikely to get cut from all the first day.

If you are friendly, intelligent, energetic and pleasant looking, it would idiocy for a sorority not to ask you back, even if you were a senior. They should be looking for members that will enhance the sorority, no matter what level of graduation.
