Plenty of schools suck too and their students still manage to have a good time because they aren't a bunch of depressed looking d-bags

i think people just care about basketball more. there's plenty of school spirit.

If we were still in the ACC we'd still be getting blown out, only it would be from Clemson or Florida State instead of Ohio State or Michigan. Right now Maryland is trying to shed the image of being a party school by basically not allowing any fun. We're like the only school that doesn't let you party in your chapter house. The administration is why we don't have a football crowd and why greek life here sucks

Not as much as Rutgers does. The biggest mistake was adding both Maryland and Rutgers to the Big Ten Conference. They just can't compete with the big boys.
