PIKE is not a real fraternity. They're a club that people signed up for... if you didn't have to pledge, you're not in a fraternity. Also, they party in an abandoned dry cleaners

My 2 cents. Don't care if anyone agrees.

Fiji/KA/PhiDelt - Fiji parties with good sororities, KA does their own thing, PhiDelt has $
Sig Chi - Decent relations with sororities, dudes are okay.
ATO - Idk i've partied with them before and they're alright.
Snu- House is cool for Daydrinks. Dudes are avg.
Lambda- Mostly relevant when it was still warm out and Poolhouse was still applicable for daydrinks.
Everyone else is kinda irrelevant.
