tiers are important

I love how people think tiers don't equate to future success. Top tier Greeks are more social and attractive and thus will likely be more successful in the future. Obviously being in a better sorority won't get you a job over another person but there's a general correlation going on with tiers and post-graduate success.

1. Being top tier doesn't instantly make you more social or attractive

2. Pretty sure GPA and connections are far more important than attractiveness

3. Overall stupid ass post that contributes to the generalizations that top tier people are better than other Greeks.

Getting a good job in the future comes down to your GPA, qualifications and experience, and how good of a person you are. Judging by your post, people aren't going to think you're a good person if you are judging people by their attractiveness. And I know plenty of smart, successful people that aren't that social and are more reserved
