easy frats to pledge

I am in a relatively difficult major but want to join a frat next semester. My parents said I can join a frat as long as the pledging/hazing is not that bad so that my gpa doesn't take a big hit. Are there any frats here that are known for actually not hazing or having a mild pledge experience?
