SigEp is weird and unpredictable. Agree that the trend is down. Going "dry" is a strange move for them.

I honestly put THEOS and DX where they are because of who they still social with and how often, which is just as much as the other people in the tier they're in. As for adphi/tke I put them there because they social with more and better sororitys than any of the people below them
