why is ato considered to be declining? i thought they were in the top tier alongside phi delt and fiji

They have good houses and social with good sororities, but I think they're full of themselves for no reason and their pledge classes have been way way bad for awhile. The seniors that graduated last year were their best guys. We've been having a lot less fun with them

They're not bad though and I think they get put down more on this site than they deserve.
