Is GPhiB building a house anytime soon? It does not seem that they are. It would take a while for a sorority house to be built, especially at UMD. If they were smart they should lease the old Sig Ep house until they have an actual house built. At least GPhiB will be housed on the row so they can compete with the other housed sororities.

I mean, gphi aren't taking a fall pledge class, so really they only need a house for the spring to help them recruit. They have like 150 girls. Maybe a house can be built over the summer and fall semester.

Thats yet another example of why greek life is such a joke here. They're just going to give a house to an uncharted organization and people are okay with it
