A few things:
1) SAE isn't that great, but there's no way they're below PSK, Theta chi, and phi psi
2) Bump down AEPi and TEP
3) Idk if you're ranking within the tiers, but zeta psi and kappa sig are definitely better than sig nu and lambda
4) Bump down ZBT. I know they're getting a house and have been improving, but they're still not that great, even within the bottom tier
