All the row houses are essentially the exact same thing with different decorating. For frats i'd say Phi Delt and Kappa Sig have the two best. For sororitys, definitely KD and AXiD

Theta has a very nice house, phi sig has a very modern house, and axid and aopi also have amazing houses
