University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 3.0 People on campus are way too obsessed with rankings. people won't social unless it's with a top tier, despite the fact that they may be boring to social with. I'm really tired of it, honestly. brother/sisterhood within each group is great, though

University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 3.8 Definitely not as selective as other schools such as Alabama,etc. You don't need recommendations during rush at all! Also less than 15% of the UMD undergrad population is Greek life so it's really not as big as most BIG10s...Our sorority houses are beautiful though. But Greek life at UMD is average at best
