Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 2.8 Hands out bids to everyone, some pretty weird kids, some nice guys but in general they are pretty lame. They don't have to go through pledging so they aren't as close as other fraternities. In general, they are nice guys but are definitely middle to lower tier especially when it comes to socials and parties.
