Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 4.6 growing frat def a top 5 and climbing....they rage, throw some of the best parties/socials, and definitely have the ultimate brotherhood. are big enough now that they don't "just give bids" to grow....their two newest pledge classes are about as solid as it gets
