Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Maryland, College Park - UMD 4.6 An upper-middle tier frat full of cool guys. This frat is not at the top, but definitely on the rise and I wouldn't be surprised if they were considered one of the best in a couple of years. Only downside - their house is not on the row, so they don't receive as much attention as they should.
