If you want truth: These girls are definitely middle tier. There are some really pretty girls and some not so pretty. One the plus side, there is a real sisterhood and the girls actually care about each other. They don't force you to do anything you don't want to and are super involved. And if you're worried about a social life, they do go out and party

An upper-middle tier frat full of cool guys. This frat is not at the top, but definitely on the rise and I wouldn't be surprised if they were considered one of the best in a couple of years. Only downside - their house is not on the row, so they don't receive as much attention as they should.
