Keep in mind Greek life is so small here and there are no well-defined tiers like in the States. There are great people in every frat/sorority, and at such a small Greek life school it's difficult to have an agreed upon ranking. But the way I see it:
Sororities:
1. GPB
2. KKG (Will be top with a few more successful recruitments)
3. KAO
4. AOII
5. Alpha Phi, but only because they're new and are still creating an image for themselves, and also can't be selective with membership.
Frats:
1. Sigma Chi
2. DKE
3. Zeta Psi
4. SAE
5. Alpha Sig / AEPi / PKP
6. ADPhi
7. Kappa Sigma
