Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at McGill University, Canada - MU 2.4 I don't even really consider them a fraternity; more like a club. As others have said, they just kind of exist and recruit literally anyone. There is also a saying in my sorority that Alpha Sigma Phi is a heaven for Sigma Chi rejects.
