Nice fraternity. However when they were founded it was with an older group of guys (seniors), all of which being solid bros. Going into its third year as a chapter, in the interest of staying alive, they have begun to recruit some younger individuals who aren't up to the cut. They do not have the recruitment vehicle in place to consistently grow, and I think they will be obsolete very soon or remain very average.
