They're all very nice girls (probably nicest out of all sororities) but I find a lot of them dry and socially awkward at social events. They need to start recruiting more attractive girls, or at-least girls that are extroverted.

I don't even really consider them a fraternity; more like a club. As others have said, they just kind of exist and recruit literally anyone. There is also a saying in my sorority that Alpha Sigma Phi is a heaven for Sigma Chi rejects.

Sigma Chi McGill has really changed. They went from an extremely lazy mediocre frat from 4 years ago to honestly the best fraternity on campus as they've been more selective and recruiting more extroverted guys that work hard and play hard. (i.e. boarding school & private school kids) They also have their own huge philanthropy week "Derby Days" that they started a year ago; raising the most money for charity out of all the fraternities. Keep it up Sigma Chi! <3

these girls seem to be extremely close and genuine. decently involved on campus but definitely not the most popular sorority. they seem to be building though and had a great week at recruitment

Bottom Tier. They recruit anyone. Some are ok, but a lot of them are just unpleasant.
