The Sigma Chi chapter at Waterloo is really setting a great example of what a modern frat should look like. They definitely steer clear of those stereotypically toxic frat vibes, making it a refreshing place to be. Whether you're there for a quick visit or a long-term member, it feels like a spot where everyone can fit in and feel at home. Also, easily the best parties in the city
