if you want the gist of greek life at waterloo, kappa is a top tier sorority. it is the best of the best, especially with respect to its sisterhood and the social aspect. looking at laurier and uw as a whole, kappa and alpha phi are at the top. in comparison, the other sororities are great but they're mid tier at best.

Ranking this sorority number one during recruitment last term was the best decision i've ever made! They really made all us new members feel super duper included into the sisterhood the minute we got our bids! I'm so glad to call AOII my home and can't wait to attend my first sisterhood retreat in September!! YASS AO-Cutie-II til the day I die! Best girls on campus, honestly!

Went through recruitment last fall and it was a complete disaster in my opinion! It was REALLY disorganized and it seemed that the girls in the sorority didn't really care about us going through recruitment! You could cut the awkward tension with a knife between those in the sorority and those going through recruitment. I'm gonna do fall recruitment again this year but this time I'm DEFINITELY checking out all sororities on campus.

Any negative comments about this sorority is just pettiness. The thing with Waterloo/Laurier is the greek community is so tiny, so sororities can get kind of competitive. But all sororities on campus are great, and Kappa is amazing too. They aren't catty, and their president especially is so nice. Just keep the panhel love going!
