Overlooked sorority for sure. great girls and for a newer chapter theyve really done a good job building it. Many girls go out and support other greek organizations and they are super friendly on campus. Mainly tmu so not on panhel but still great group who really care about sisterhood and the sorority

KBG is a pyramid scheme all the way. I can’t stand seeing them around because I know their nationals does not have their genuine interest at heart. For over one hundred years: they cannot keep it together. They are still not NPC affiliated for a reason. They shut down chapters all the time because they do a slop job starting them up. They actually don’t set up chapters, they just show up and everyone has to deal with them. Not without charging young working active for AIRFARE, RENTAL CAR, AND HOTEL for six adults. NPC takes one semester to start a chapter, and I have seen KBG drag along girls for two years and vanish. As long as you continue to pay into an organization like this, it will continue to live. Quite literally what do you get from this sorority in the long run? Do you have houses? Do you have prestige? Do you have an OPEN network to call home after college? You barely get a chapter as an undergrad because your own “sisters” can, and will, pull your charter from under you. Real local sororities, that are not in the mood for sloppy cash grabs every semester, are well worth the experience, and the offset of national dues.

This org is insane in all the bad ways. They can’t keep it together and chapters pop up and disappear minute after minute. There is no alumni support, hardly any cohesiveness between chapters, and no standards of practice, including risk management. It’s a very expensive local sorority that still isn’t a part of NPC.

for anyone trying to join KBG take it from someone who rushed, became a sister, and had the whole experience of being part of their "sisterhood". If you get bullied by the cliques 9 times out of 10 you will be eventually marked a problem, made the victim, their weird split up national board or drama queen president will rip you out instead of dealing with the problematic members they have. They love to make fun of NPCs and other sororities without taking a cold hard look at their membership and chapters that are disappearing like crazy. What's happening to all the Canadian chapters? Suddenly they are vanishing, alumni don't want anything to do with them...maybe it's a sign the wrong girls took over leadership and destroyed an organization with potential. Truly feel sorry for the nicer girls that have to put up with this and honestly been through the experience myself it's devastating to see them continue to be the way they are. If you don't change, this chapter will disappear before you know it too mark my words. I only hope you truly change your ways because this organization being over 100 years old, it has not gone far and truly it shows that maybe KBG will die off in Canada and be left for the US to leave that legacy there. Truly that split messed up Canadian chapters and the mean girls that ruled that split screwed over this organization. I've seen alum from this chapter want nothing to do with KBG and they were the most passionate...that' s what they do to sisters bully bully bully until they are DONE. Which is so SAD. I hope your chapters shutdown because nobody deserves the screwed up sisterhood you charge people to be traumatized by.
