Kappa Beta Gamma - ΚΒΓ Sorority at Ryerson University, Canada - RU 1.2 As a former kappa I will never give my name up, other girls that left have been contacted and basically got blamed by their alum. Are you gonna do something about that? Hmm?? The leadership won’t do much and their “CCO” is from this chapter according to their Instagram. Girls have been harassed and nothing was done to punish them..shocker. I remember this girl from my time in kappa and she was always trying to please the “popular” girls in the chapter. You won’t do anything at all, if you were this chapter would be on probation already. Kappa only cares about money. I know this first hand with all the fines I got. Also if you give your name up and say you posted on here it’s one reason for them to try to sue you for “bullying” on a platform. Watch out. Don’t trust the snakes, there’s always a catch.

Not asking for your name. Asking for the alum’s name whose harassing you.

K, so you are complaining about alleged harassment from an alum. You want them to make it right. Their national reaches out and you refuse. Sooooo, if you won’t name the alum or work with their national, how would you realistically like this rectified?

so they didn’t ask for the alums name, they asked for people to submit complaints. Which would mean u need to email them and give up your contact info in order to do that. Ex members shouldn’t be responsible for having to contact others and snitch. Those alums could actively target them more if they were to report them. So they have a point. Plus if the nationals is seeing this they should investigate the alums on their end, not make girls uncomfortable by forcing this one option on them to get justice. It’s clear that these girls have gone through extreme lengths to silence people and it’s scary. I would be scared if I were in that position.

Submitting a complaint would be including the person in questions name no? How else do you expect them to magically fix anything with not much to go off. No alum is going to admit to anything so nothing gets fixed

Don’t give up your names, ex kappas have been brutally harassed and it’s disgusting. Whoever the leadership is doesn’t get that people are never going to come forward since your girls have a rep of going after people. They did it recently..who says they won’t do it now? Also stop self ranking to boost yourselves up it’s embarrassing

They put on a good face to try and get girls, but if you don't meet the image they want then they don't care. They're not nice to the other sororities either

Kappa Beta Gamma - ΚΒΓ Sorority at Ryerson University, Canada - RU 2.5 tbh I think they got to this point because they were lenient with who they let in for a few years because they desperately compete with npc to get the most amount of girls than the other sororities. a lot of their rushes and pledges put on an act just to get in and those are the girls who cause them the most issues when they show their true colours

Kappa Beta Gamma - ΚΒΓ Sorority at Ryerson University, Canada - RU 1.7 This sisterhood was awful. It’s so hard to make friends because everyone is so unwelcoming and in their own groups. Usually known to be the ones always partying and are far less than classy when doing so. The campus involvement is usually with just Frats and not much campus involvement. The sorority itself might have been great but the girls within in it are a nightmare.

Kappa Beta Gamma - ΚΒΓ Sorority at Ryerson University, Canada - RU 1.7 I have personally had a lot of experience with this chapter. KBG will look really good on the outside, but there are so many problems. More problems than the typical girl drama that you think would happen in a sorority. There are some genuine girls, but many of them are two-faced and just straight mean. I personally know that members holding leadership positions have made fun of other girls in chapter. What type of leadership is that? Disgraceful. Be careful at recruitment. There's a reason so many girls are quitting and dropping each semester.

I have personally had a lot of experience with this chapter. KBG will look really good on the outside, but there are so many problems. The girls in my pledge class were extremely cliquey and went out of their way to exclude others. It honestly made me feel worse about myself being in this sorority. There were some alum who were really cool, but the actives had no concept of sisterhood. Really seemed self absorbed and only cared about instagram likes/feed. Which they often fought about. Also, philanthropy and fundraising events felt extremely disorganized and I felt like we were just standing around half the time.
