Do the international sororities do rush in the winter or is it only in the fall?

Depends on how many girls are graduating that year/dropping/TNC/etc and if it will effect their quota. If HQ says they need more girls then they do winter.

I heard he have special permission from their HQ to be smaller so they can work on problems in their chapter so probably not doing it but who knows

they can't say anything until winter semester officially starts so you should be hearing something on the 5th about what internationals are doing recruitment
