I think you guys have been given a rough hand of cards and are just getting started but you're all super invested in trying to make yourselves well established. you guys have pretty high standards which i like to see in a sorority. You still have some work to do but i think you guys are getting there, keep up the good work.

Wouldn't go as far to say they're top tier - mid at best. But yes - I agree with this post generally, got a lot of work to do. here's hoping it only gets better

This has happened a MINIMUM of 10 times in the past 2 months or so. I've just stopped trying to be nice. BE FRIENDLIER, LADIES.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 3.4 they have some girls who are really hot and others not so much, ive only really talked to a handful of them but the ones i have talked to are actually really chill and down to earth.You should expand your social circle you're always hanging out with the same people. i like how close you guys are and how passionate you get when it comes to charity but remember to reach out and make those greek relations because half of Ottawa has yet to meet you.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 2.4 this sorority definitely has a lot of stuff to work on still, i think it's still too soon to see where they're going to go. I have heard rumours of a lot of girls wanting to drop and hopefully those who don't want to be there anymore leave so that those that still care can fix their sisterhood and their reputation.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 2.6 This chapter is so heartbreaking. They just tear one another down while climbing to the top. There are SO MANY amazing girls in this chapter, but if they keep nit picking on every little "mistake" a sister makes, they're going to have a lot of disaffiliated members. Sorority life is supposed to be more than just the Instagram aesthetic, focus on strengthening your sisterhood. A major improvement on sisterhood is gonna be the only thing that saves this chapter at this point. Best of luck.
