Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at Carleton University, Ottawa Canada - CU 1.6 quite literally the worst frat on campus, I can't believe they've gotten this bad. They're members have zero respect for any sororities or other members of the greek community and they aren't really hot enough to pull it off anymore
