new sorority houses

Have you seen delta zeta and chi omega's new houses? They are beautiful and really seem like actually sorority houses. It's nice they are right on campus as well.. I have a feeling they will have the best recruitment this year for Sorority recruitment. And beta is right next door even though I can sense some trouble.. New girls will like that!!

That is awesome that there are some big houses! Will girls be required to live in?

The only problem is that girls will be forced to live in the houses while ADPi gives their girls a choice of whether or not they want to live in the house. Dues will also be twice as expensive when forced to live in a sorority house. There is also a lot of strictness like with boys visiting and there are several girls to one room. Also.... if you have to use a house as your main selling point to recruit girls then what do you really have to offer?

adpi just got their second house down the street and living there isn't required.
