rush sorority as a junior

It could be worth it, it just depends how much you're willing to put into your sorority and making friends with the women in it. Some of the sororities won't offer bids to Juniors, but some will. I'd definitely suggest going through recruitment and feeling it out. Even if you don't end up joining a chapter, you will meet a lot of great women during the recruitment process!
