I'm an incoming freshman wanting to join a sorority. What is the absolute best chapter on campus?

You'll find out during rush. You don't want to pick a house based on what other people say, but how you feel about the chapter. At the end of the day would you rather be hanging out with people that you really don't like, but are known for being the best, or would you rather be with a group of girls that are your sisters. Think about it.
