Pi Phi is top tier at all the schools in CO. Alpha Phi is mid and then Sigma K. When Theta comes on , will probably be mid tier like at all schools in CO, except CSU when they closed down.

They are all pretty chill but if I were to join a house, I wouldn't choose them. They aren't super social and they seem to gossip about the other houses often. It makes me wonder if they actually like being in their own house. Nothing is super special about them, thats all.
