There are some great boys here, and a few not good boys here as well. Definitely not the bottom tier, but a couple of bad dudes spoil the experience for many.

Awful, just awful. I feel terrible every time I walk in this place, it is exactly what you think of when think of a stereotypical terrible frathouse.
