Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Fairleigh Dickinson University, College at Florham - FDUCF 3.9 These girls are involved and smart. Have had some small pledge classes in recent years. They don’t always get included with the top orgs. But these girls show up for each other. Are competitive w the other sororities. Great events and great philanthropy week. Definitely a middle tier choice.

I’d say we’re the most diverse organization of the NPC orgs on campus. Def a fun, smart, good mix of girls. High GPAs and every involved on campus both in and outside of the org

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Fairleigh Dickinson University, College at Florham - FDUCF 4.2 theta phi’s might fall under the radar but tbh I think they’re getting better and better each year. they are definitely a very involved org on campus and are embracing Greek unity a lot more than they used to be in the past. I think it’s between theta phi and phi sig for the most down to earth group of girls and this is a place I’d say most pnms would feel comfortable and happy

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Fairleigh Dickinson University, College at Florham - FDUCF 4.9 I love this chapter! I was really intimidated going out for recruitment but the girls were so nice to me. They genuinely cared about getting to know me. They're not superficial or materialistic they're just really great girls. None of their sisters are ever alone they're always in groups on campus and I really want to be a part of that! Really pretty, super social, and very welcoming. 10/10!
