There is currently a massive fight going on internally; that shows much brotherhood means to them. As of right now, it is literally Old Members versus New Members. They also seem to give a bid to literally anyone who wants one because they simply want to increase their numbers.

All I can say is that I have never felt a more close-knit bond with some amazingly kind and caring people, and I'm not even a brother. They are incredibly respectful, hilarious, and very down to earth.

It's crazy how much these guys have changed. They went from struggling to doing things they have never done before. Glad they don't just only accept football players anymore. I like the change guys!

Very nice girls, whether you're doing philanthropy or partying with them- they know how to have fun. pretty diverse in a lot of ways, generally a theta phi alpha girl is the really cute quiet girl you always knew in high school that's a really sweet person and you know you want to be with them. definitely girls to bring back home to the family

Its hard to comment on an org like theta phi because they are just so diverse. Half of the girls I love to death and the other half I can't stand. Half are fun and party and half are kinda boring. half are know it alls and half are chill. Thats why they confuse me, since there are so many types of people all wearing the same letters, i genuinely don't understand how they work.... but i guess that can be spun in a positive way. there are a lot of different types of women in theta phi.
