Sigma Delta Tau - ΣΔΤ Sorority at State University of New York at Plattsburg - SUNYP 1.0 BE AWARE: one of my friends informed me that this specific sorority locks their entire new pledge class in the basement and calls it lock-in night. During this night they force all of the girls to drink a few handles of vodka without any chasers or food. They will not unlock the door and let the girls out until all of the vodka is finished. Absolutely appalled by this information. They’re very lucky no one has ended up in the hospital yet….

Sigma Delta Tau - ΣΔΤ Sorority at State University of New York at Plattsburg - SUNYP 2.4 All these reviews are all members of the sorority so do not be fooled. They force all their new pledges to write them every year. My friend is in this one and told me this. She absolutely hates it and wants to drop but is too scared because they are known for spreading false information about people and other sororities on campus. Out of the whole sorority I can probably name about 3 OK members.

They are very involved in the community, prioritize school, have a great sisterhood, are very nice and genuine, but also are party animals on weekends. I definitely want to rush them
