Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at Whitman College - WC 5.0 Kappas are some of the smartest and hard working individuals I know, you will find a wide range of individuals in this group so you can't truly say one thing about all of them. Many are outdoorsy, kind, loving, fun, interesting, down to earth, beautiful, put together, wonderful human beings. But no one sorority is truly the best and no one has to be. I think all the sororities on campus are amazing and people will find true friends in any of them if they get to know the girls and give it a try!

Kappas are some of the smartest and hard working individuals I know, you will find a wide range of individuals in this group so you can't truly say one thing about all of them. Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at Whitman College - WC 4.2 Kappas definitely have a rep on campus as partyers. They go pretty hard, no doubt about it, and they're the most typically "sorority" of all of the Whitman sororities. That being said, kappas are also very cool, funny girls. They're a lot of fun to hang with, genuinely have strong bonds of friendship and support between them. There isn't much of a heirarchy within the greek community at Whitman, but kappa definitely seems to be top in recruitment alongside DG most years.

Kappas definitely have a rep on campus as partyers. They go pretty hard, no doubt about it, and they're the most typically "sorority" of all of the Whitman sororities. Kappa raised $50,000 for Lincoln High School Health Center this year, which broke the record for any chapter our sixe and it raised more money than any other greek organization on campus. This money is going to hiring two full time counselors for The Health Center. One focusing on the mental and emotional health of teen mothers and the other focusing on the mental and emotional health of homeless youth. Also the guys in the contest are the faces of the fundraiser but are not the work behind it. Each man has a group of Kappa women who come up with fundraisers and put them on. Lastly, the competition is about which contestant raises the most money, not based on looks. Please do your research next time before saying anything else about the philanthropy. Also, Kappa has some of the most kind women in it I know, and I'm sure you would see that if you talked to any of them. Please don't judge a group before getting to know the individuals in it.
