I hate to break it to ya, but fraternities are always willing to rush people outside of the specified rush week. I have graduated, but was involved with another fraternity on campus. Sure, the rush week is nice to give an easy opportunity to get prospective pledges over to the house and involved, but that doesn't mean that rush week is the only time people can rush.
