Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Westminster College Pennsylvania - WCP 4.0 These guys are the "frat boys" on a campus that is not very stereotypical Greek. Sperries, buttonups, and khakis are like their uniform. They provide alcohol for the guests alot, but don't have a good place to dance. Girls feel pretty safe here. They're definitely rich guys, so if you're getting your Mrs. degree, go here.
