Deltas and pi phi's always fight for top spot and deltas usually on top. They put out good numbers in philanthropy, recruitment, have a great house, and are always down to party. They're younger class is kinda lame sometimes. Theirs some dumb ones in the lower class

They've had some brotherhood issues with girlfriends but they're one of the best houses. Beta chapter. Lots of the guys are rich but give off a dad vibe sometimes. Sometimes a little thirsty but they have good rep for partying
