KKG and APhi have the top rush return rates. Theta national hits this site hard on all the campuses where they have slipped or are at bottom already. This is why there are so many UCLA threads on rank. KKG and APhi have had the top stats at UCLA rush since the 70s. Some Theta alums can't get over this, apparently.
