Yes. Be a legacy if you can! It should be in their bylaws that they automatically invite legacies back day one but note there will be more pressure on your second day to make a more final decision because the last thing a sorority wants to do is lead on a legacy too much and then drop her last minute. In fact most sororities by tradition will not drop a recruit pref night no matter what.
Gosh I've got so much more advice I want to give but it's off to work!

We did. Troy really has no say over it officially. It's more up to the designated recruiting alumni advisor, which in our case was bad ass and very strict about adhering to legacy traditions. I'm glad we did it that way.
