Beta and Sig Nu both have better parties than Lambda like without a doubt.... Lambda needs to get off this site!

Lambda parties can sometimes get ratchet, have probably been the most lit I've been to this quarter".. Sig nu has been alright, but they're creeps.

Did AEPi really climb all the way to Pikapp's level in one quarter? It seemed like before fall everyone considered them bottom tier. Not disputing the ranking as most other rankings have them there, I just find it a surprising jump for them. Did they have a great fall pledge class?

Kinda crazy, theyve improved a lot in last couple years. Still have work to do (pledge classes still a third goob it seems like) but they're getting there. Aepi is a top house almost everywhere and with this momentum I bet they'll break top 5 in next 5 years.

Anyone trying to say that lambda is lower tier compared to beta and sig Nu is clearly a beta or a sig Nu. They are not as high as the original poster put them but sure as hell not below beta or sig Nu.

is that a joke lambda is not on par with SAE hahahaha
sae goes with the top sororities and lambda barely does
also no one really cares about the ranking of any of the fraternities starting from lower middle and down.. not like an insult but those fraternities are usually for guys who don't care about ranking/partying but want the brotherhood aspect of greek life so ranking for those frats aren't relevant

I feel like they're upper bottom not because of who they are but what they might become. they used to be dope here and now they have a nice house. it also seems like they're getting good numbers, which is impressive as a house that just came back. idk though if they're gonna be another theta xi or another top tier house in the future. we'll see

May not be up to SAE, but they're certainly above snu and beta. So where does that leave them? On a level of their own?
