Based on recruitment, quality of the house overall, and this years retention, probably something like: (and personal preference will obviously change the order of houses within the tiers)
Kappa/DG/Theta
APhi/Pi Phi/Chi O
G Phi/KD
ADPi/AXO
AGD/DDD
