I dropped out of rush a couple days ago, and I was wondering how COB works. Will I be notified by my rho gamma if COB happens?

COB isn't a guaranteed thing and they usually don't do it till spring. You need friends in the sorority usually to contact you. It has nothing to do with rho gamma

and only a few houses usually have COB. The ones who didnt hit quota or had a lot of girls drop. Last year it was only AXO, AGD, and Tri Delta.

It's rare but if they really liked you and are under quota they'll call. But usually there's a reason they're under quota...
