If you get dropped from a sorority, can you still rerush because you didn't technically "quit"

Yes! you can do winter or spring rush for the houses that have it, or just wait until next fall when formal recruitment happens again. You can also COB (continuous open bid) some houses if you know a lot of girls there

the only circumstance where you can't re-rush is if you were initiated into a house! if you drop pre-initiation you're free to do whatever basically

So, most if not all sororities have a "once dropped, always dropped" policy, meaning they will not give you a bid during COB or any other recruitments. You can, however, try for other groups that you dropped during recruitment.
