On average, how many girls does earch sorority take on bid day?

That number is called quota. Quota is determined by dividing the number of girls who participate in the final round of recruitment (don't get dropped or quit) by the number of houses. Usually it is around 50ish but depends on the number of girls who make it to pref.

Anywhere from 50-65 ish. It depends on the amount of girls rushing and the amount of girls already in the house
