frat summer rankings

based on which frats had parties this summer:

sigma chi/ sigep - these guys went ham
zbt/sae - zbt was kinda quiet, sae had some good themed parties

lambda/snu - had a decent amount
pikapp/beta - both dead with no girl live ins, pikapp had 1 decent one

aepi - myles jacks bday party
sig pi - had stuff a session s/o to them
