hard to get in as a junior?

How hard is it to get a bid as a junior? Not worried so much about "top tier" houses or rankings, just concerned about getting into the system so late.

Doesn't matter what grade you are. If we like you then we will give you a bid. We don't judge you if you waited longer to join
