Pi kapp isn't close to beta, i'd say beta is the only "Mid" house. They are a little below upper-mid, but a but above lower-mid

Who would you say is too then? Even though zbt hasn't cemented themselves as top house, they're still top as of right now compared to every other house

there really isn't a cemented top house, honestly anything can change in a year. Houses go up and down all the time.
