ZBT, but a lot are athletes

Even though theyre in frats, the athletes have practice, events, etc. I imagine they're not there all the time

How do you define a top fraternity... is it not possible in your mind for an all black/multicultural fraternity to be a top chapter? Why not look there if you're so concerned about being with black folks?

To be honest there's not a lot of black students at UCLA so just naturally there aren't going to be that many black students who rush and end up joining frats

Male blacks comprise just 1.9% of all students at UCLA, so good luck finding any in the Greek system. Your question is like asking if what the top sorority is for Eskimos. Not gonna happen.
