sorority tiers/rankings?

I've heard that most tiers/rankings are based mostly on how often the girls go out? Is this the case? I only want to go out 2/3 times a week. Would a "bottom tier" be better for me?

even most girls in a top house really only go out twice/ three times a week. choose the house you fit in best because almost everyone goes out about the same.
